Online exercises

You pick the body part, the goal and a few details from ready-made lists, and the module builds a specific training plan: numbered exercises with sets and reps, short form tips, a warm-up and stretching. You can copy the plan as text, download it as a branded training card or as a print-ready PDF.

What it's for

  • Who it's for: trainers, clubs and studios preparing training plans for their clients.
  • Use it when: you need a specific plan for a chosen body part or goal fast — to print for a client or send as their training for the week ahead.
  • If you want a longer piece of written material (an article, a guide), use the Blog module instead.

Info

What comes out is training material, not medical advice. For injuries or other limitations, add them in the notes — the plan will then leave out moves that could do harm.

Before you start

  • Permissions: a role that can use services (member and up).
  • Module enabled: "Online exercises" must be active for your company. If it's not in the menu, contact your WebImpact manager.
  • Nothing to upload: the whole brief is five simple choices plus optional notes — nothing to describe in your own words and no file to send.

How to build a plan

  1. Open Online exercises from your company menu.
  2. Choose the body part the workout should target.
  3. Pick the training goal, the experience level, the equipment available and the session length — all from ready-made lists.
  4. (Optional) In the Notes field add any injuries, limitations or preferences. An empty field is fine.
  5. Click Generate and wait a moment. The finished plan appears in the panel: a warm-up, numbered exercises with sets, reps and rest times, a form tip for each one, and stretching at the end.
  6. One button copies the whole plan as text, and every exercise carries a link to a technique demo.

Wskazówka

First time here? Launch the Tour (the "?" button in the panel) — it walks the screen step by step. This page covers what the Tour doesn't: every field, limits and troubleshooting.

Exercise database and technique demos

  • Exercise database: if we have set up an exercise database for your company, the plan uses only what is in it — the names and the equipment you actually have. Without one, the plan draws on general training knowledge.
  • Technique demo: every exercise carries a link to a video of it being performed correctly. Where a clip is assigned, it plays in a small window without leaving the panel; where there is none, a video search for that exercise name opens instead.

Limits and notes

  • Monthly limit: each plan you build counts against your company's monthly limit. Usage is shown on the limit bar in the module header.
  • Saved results: the branded training card lands in your Asset Library, and earlier plans stay in the module's history — you can come back to them any time.
  • Download formats: copy the plan as text, download it as an image (the card) and as a print-ready PDF.
  • Nature of the material: it's training material, not medical advice.
