Data export (GDPR)
Your company's data belongs to your company. You can download it whenever you like, and you can ask us to delete it at any time — that's one of your rights under GDPR. Below we explain, in plain terms, what you can do yourself and what you only need to ask for.
What you can do yourself
- Download your finished materials. All generated photos, videos and other files live in the Asset Library — from there you can download them one by one or browse your whole work history.
- See what's going on. The panel shows your content, company settings and team in real time, so you have full visibility without having to ask for anything.
Wskazówka
Before requesting a full export, check the Asset Library — most of the time what you need (photos, videos, materials) is right there to download.
What to ask your WebImpact manager for
Some things we handle for you, so we can be sure the data reaches the right hands. Write to your WebImpact manager when you want:
| Request | What you get |
|---|---|
| Full data export | A complete set of your company's data in a readable form |
| Data deletion | Permanent removal of your company's data from our system |
| Data processing agreement (DPA) | A document describing how we process data on your behalf |
An export or deletion can be requested by someone with the owner or administrator role — this way we can be sure the decision is made by a person authorized to make it.
How long we keep data
We keep data only as long as it's needed, then we delete it — we don't collect it "just in case".
- Personal data (for example, in call logs) is kept for a limited time and removed automatically once it's no longer needed.
- Materials and work history stay in the Asset Library so you can reach them — until you ask for them to be deleted.
Info
Deletion is permanent. Before you request it, download everything you want to keep from the Asset Library.
