Give it a topic and the module prepares a ready-to-edit draft for your company site — copy with headings, chosen images, plus the post address and the description shown in search results. You review, tweak and publish right away, or schedule it for later.
What it's for
- Who it's for: people handling marketing and content for the company site.
- Use it when: you have a topic and want a ready draft to edit, instead of writing a post from scratch.
- If you want to send the content by email, use the Newsletter module. If you only need a cover or banner for the post, use Email & blog graphics.

If we have facts about your company on file, the text is checked against them so it stays true to reality.
Before you start
- Permissions: a role that can use services (member and up).
- Module enabled: "Blog & SEO" must be active for your company.
- Company site (optional): if your site is connected, publishing goes straight to it. If it isn't connected, the post is marked as published with us and you can download it as a file.
How to prepare a post
- From the company menu, open Blog.
- Enter a title, or ask for 3 suggestions — we build them from your company profile and you pick one.
- Choose a length (within the range set with WebImpact) and optionally add keywords. Leaving the field empty means we choose them for you.
- Pick the image source (we prepare them / upload your own / from the Asset Library) and the number of images in the body.
- Click Generate. You move to the post page with a progress bar — you can safely close the tab, and images arrive separately.
- Review the result in preview or edit mode: title, body, post address and the search-engine description. You can swap and reorder images. A thumbs rating is required before saving and publishing.
- Publish right away or schedule a date and time.

Limits and notes
- Connected vs not connected site: a connected site accepts publishing directly; with an unconnected site the post stays with us and you download it as a file.
- Monthly limit: each generated post reduces your company's monthly limit.
- Fact alignment: if we have facts about your company on file, the text is checked against them.
- Blog statistics: until your site is connected, statistics are sample data — they show how it works, not real views.
Common problems
