Organisations and workspace

WebImpact AI Studio serves many companies on a single platform, yet you never see data that isn't yours. The trick is simple: every company gets its own fully isolated workspace. This page explains how that works and what it means for your day-to-day work.

One platform, separate companies

Many companies use the same tool at once. That's convenient — one login, one set of modules, one panel to learn. But it raises an obvious question: if everyone is "in the same place", how can you be sure that your Asset Library, your generations and your team don't mix with someone else's?

The answer lies in how the platform splits companies into separate, sealed-off spaces.

The model: one workspace per company

The easiest way to think about it: each company has its own workspace — a closed space just for it. You sign in to YOUR company's workspace, and from that moment you see only what belongs to it:

  • its modules (only the ones it has enabled),
  • its Asset Library,
  • its team and roles,
  • its limits and usage.

Data never crosses between companies. There's no "shared pool" where you might accidentally see someone else's photo or someone else's text — the boundary between companies is sealed by design, not by user caution.

One person can belong to more than one company at the same time. A typical example is an agency serving several clients: the same account has access to several workspaces and switches between them. At any given moment, though, you're always working in the context of a single company — the one you have selected determines everything you see on screen.

Info

Switching companies changes the whole context: the menu, the Asset Library, the team and the limits. It's always worth checking the header to see which workspace you're in.

What follows from this

Isolating companies has a few practical effects you'll notice in the panel:

  • The left-hand menu differs from company to company. You see only the modules that WebImpact has enabled for that company — which is why two people from different companies can have completely different tool lists.
  • The Asset Library, team and limits are separate. Each company has its own Asset Library, its own team with roles and its own monthly limit. One company's usage never touches another's.
  • Each workspace is configured separately. WebImpact sets up the modules, limits and settings for each company individually, to fit its needs. That's why the same tool can look and behave differently for two companies.

What you can do with this

Before you start working, it's worth quickly getting to know your company's terrain:

  • Check your role — it decides what you can do in the panel. See Roles and permissions.
  • Check the enabled services and your limit — see which modules you have available and how much is left in the monthly limit: Services and limits.
  • If you belong to several companies, make sure you're working in the right one — check the company name in the panel header.
