Email & blog graphics
This module builds a finished graphic for your messages and pages: a newsletter banner, a blog post cover or a link-preview image. You pick a style, add your own photos and text, and before you save it you preview exactly how it looks in the recipient's inbox. Finished graphics land in your Asset Library, ready to send or paste onto a page.
What it's for
- Who it's for: people running marketing, newsletters and the company blog.
- Use it when: you need a header or strip for an email, a signature footer, a blog post cover or banner, or a good-looking image that appears when someone shares your link.
- If you want a graphic for social media, use the Social posts module. If you only need the article itself (no graphic), use the Blog & SEO module.
Info
The styles already use your company colours — you don't have to hunt for colour codes or the logo.
Before you start
- Permissions: a role that can use services (member and up).
- Module enabled: "Email & blog graphics" must be active for your company.
How to build a banner
- In the company menu, open Email & blog graphics.
- Pick a format — an email header or strip, a signature footer, a blog cover or banner, or a link-preview image. The format sets the proportions and the allowed file size.
- Pick a style. Styles are grouped by the intent of the message (for example promo, sale, newsletter) and come straight away in your company colours.
- Set the background: upload a photo or pick one from your Asset Library and move or zoom it in the frame — or leave a solid colour.
- Add text and elements on the graphic. Click a text to select it, then change its wording, typeface, size and colour in the panel beside it; drag it into place. Add buttons, badges, frames and a spot for your logo. You can also describe in one sentence what the banner is about — our AI system will then suggest a headline, a subtitle and the button text.
- Fill in the alt text and the link address. The alt text is usually required before saving: many recipients have images blocked and will see only this text instead of the graphic.
- Check the inbox preview. Switch between desktop and phone, light and dark mode, and images on or off; the preview also shows the file size against the format's budget.
- Save the graphic to your Library (every save counts toward your limit) and download it as a PNG or JPEG. You can also copy ready HTML code, and if you have the Newsletter module — drop the banner straight in from the Library.

Limits and notes
- File size: each format has its own size budget; the preview shows whether you fit within it.
- Monthly limit: every saved graphic reduces your company's monthly limit.
- Alt text: usually required before saving (a company setting), because some recipients have images blocked.
Uwaga
Banners tend to be short. A font size carried over from a "tall" format will come out small here — the module keeps a minimum legible size, but it's still worth bumping the text up if it looks tiny.
Common problems
| Symptom | Cause | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| I can't save the graphic | Missing alt text | Add a short description of the image and save again |
| The text comes out tiny | Font too small for a short format | Increase the text size — the module keeps a legibility minimum |
| I don't see the module in the menu | Service not enabled for the company | Ask your WebImpact manager to enable the module |
