Social posts
Take an ordinary photo or a short clip and turn it into a graphic ready for social media — no design software needed. The module walks you through the background, the format and the style, and AI can write the on-graphic text for you. The finished post lands in your Asset Library and you can download it as an image or a video.
What it's for
- Who it's for: people running the company's social profiles who want a consistent post quickly, without working in a design tool.
- Use it when: you have a photo or a short clip and want to turn it into a post for a specific platform (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and more).
- If you want a graphic for email, a blog post or a link preview, use the Banner module instead. Social posts are built for social media.
Before you start
- Permissions: a role that can use services (member and up).
- Module enabled: "Social posts" must be active for your company. If it's not in the menu, contact your WebImpact manager.
- Background: have a photo ready (your own or from the Asset Library) or a short clip of up to 30 seconds — the post will then move. You don't need a background at all if the style is based on a solid colour.
How to make a post
- Open Social posts from your company menu.
- Pick a background. Take a photo from the company library, upload your own (straight from your phone if you like), or use a short clip of up to 30 seconds.
- Choose the format and set the crop. Formats are ready-made for each platform — no need to know pixel sizes. You can zoom, move and rotate the picture, add a filter to the background and set it gently in motion.
- Apply a style. Styles suit your industry and come recoloured to your company's colours. Until you pick one, the post cannot be saved or downloaded.
- Fine-tune the text and elements. Rewrite the wording on the graphic, add your logo and extra elements. The preview updates instantly and every change can be undone.
- (Optional) Ask AI for the copy. Describe in one sentence what the post is about — AI fills in the wording on the graphic and separately drafts a caption with hashtags, one per platform, ready to copy.
- Preview and save. See how the post looks placed on the chosen platform. Saving puts the graphic in your Asset Library and counts towards your monthly limit. You can also download the file without saving.

Limits and notes
- Video background: up to 30 seconds. The finished post then moves and you can also download it as a video.
- Style is required: you can't save or download a post until a style is applied.
- Monthly limit: each saved post counts against your company's monthly limit. Usage is shown on the limit bar in the module header. Downloading a file without saving still runs the module, but saving is what puts the post in the library for the team.
- Teamwork: saved posts are shared with the whole team — anyone can reopen and edit them, even from another computer. From a finished post you can take just the photo or just the style, and you can save your own layout as a company style to speed up the next one.
Common problems
