Services and limits

Your workspace shows exactly the tools you have access to — and keeps track of how much you can generate with them each month. This page explains where that comes from and what to do when something does not add up.

How you know what your company can use

At a glance it is not obvious why one company has blog and photos in its menu while another also has a voice agent. It is not random, and it is not a hidden setting you have to hunt down — it is a deliberate decision about what we have switched on for your company. It helps to understand this logic so you know where to look when something is missing or when you have "run out of generations".

How it works: a service plus a limit

Each module is a separate service that we enable for a specific company. If a service is enabled, you see it in your workspace menu and can use it. If it is not, it simply does not appear in the menu.

An enabled service can carry a monthly limit — the number of generations set aside for a single month. Every completed generation lowers that limit by one. The module header shows a usage bar: it tells you how much of the monthly pool has been used and how much is left. At the start of a new month the limit resets to its full value.

Info

The limit is shared across your whole company team. If someone else generates in the same module, the usage bar goes up for you too — you all draw from one pool.

Not everything is counted "per item". Some modules are steady working tools rather than generators — operational panels, for example — and those do not draw anything from the limit. Likewise, test calls with the voice agent are free and do not affect your monthly pool.

What this means in practice

  • The "monthly limit exceeded" message means the pool for this month is used up. You can wait for it to reset at the start of the new month, or ask your manager to raise the limit.
  • A module missing from the menu means the service is not enabled for your company — you will not find it in some hidden setting. Just ask WebImpact to switch it on.
  • The pool is shared, so if you want a bigger task to run smoothly, it is worth agreeing with your team on who generates and when.

What you can do about it

Glance at the usage bar in the module header before you start a bigger run of generations — you will immediately know how much headroom you have. When you see the pool running low or you are missing a module, message your WebImpact manager. Raising a limit or enabling another service is a quick change on our side — you do not have to configure anything yourself.

Wskazówka

Planning a campaign or a larger batch of materials? Check your usage ahead of time and, if needed, ask for a higher limit before you sit down to work.
