What WebImpact AI Studio is
WebImpact AI Studio is a set of AI-powered tools that WebImpact prepares for a specific company. You install nothing and configure nothing — you log into your own workspace and start creating content, graphics or customer conversations right away. This page explains what the whole system is and how to think about it from day one.
Why it exists
Most "AI platforms" look like an empty chat box: you have to supply the context yourself, tune the settings, and keep watch so the output stays on brand. That works once, but by the tenth asset it becomes inconsistent and time-consuming.
WebImpact AI Studio flips that model. Instead of handing you a raw tool, WebImpact assembles a ready-made set of modules for your company — with styles, scenes and settings chosen in advance — so the result is on brand and usable from the very first click.
How it's organised
The key idea is your workspace — your own, isolated company panel. Every company has one, and inside it you see only the modules that WebImpact enabled for you. Whatever you don't need simply doesn't appear, so the menu stays short and clear.
The styles, shots and presets inside each module are curated — WebImpact picks them for your brand so you never start from a blank page. In the photo modules the sceneries are invented on top of that, from a look at your product or character. You give a short brief or upload a file and click Generate; everything else is already prepared.
The modules fall into a few families:
- Content and distribution — blog, newsletter, email and blog graphics, product descriptions.
- Visual media — product and lifestyle photos, video, 3D models, social posts, photo editing, avatars.
- Conversational agents — a voice agent (phone secretary) and a chatbot on your website.
- Analytics and pricing, plus internal operations — HR and a training studio.
Info
You don't need to know every module. The menu shows only the ones WebImpact enabled for your company — start there.
What's worth knowing from day one
A few mechanisms are shared across the whole panel, and it helps to understand them right away:
- You see only enabled modules. The company menu shows only the services active for you.
- Results land in the Asset Library. Every generated file is saved so you can find it later.
- Usage counts toward a monthly limit. Each company has its own limit, and every result takes a little from it.
- Roles decide who can do what. Some actions (approvals, team management) are available only to higher roles.
- There are two layers of help. Short Tour guides in the panel (under the "?" mark) walk you through the first five minutes of each module, while this documentation is the full reference you return to for details.
What you'll do with it
If you're just starting, head to First steps — they show how to log in and generate your first asset. If you'd rather first understand what happens "under the hood" between your brief and the finished file, see How a result is made.
