Asset Library

Every module that produces something drops the result in one place: the Asset Library. It's your company's shared store — always on hand, for the whole team, from any device.

Where results actually land

When you hit Generate, a file is created — an image, a video, an audio recording or a 3D model. The real question is: where is it a moment later, and how does a teammate get back to it, maybe from a different computer, maybe a week from now. If the result only lived on the screen where it was made, it would vanish when you close the tab, and everyone would download everything "just in case" onto their own disk. Then nobody knows who has the latest version.

One shared company store

The Asset Library solves this simply: it's a single place that every module saves to automatically. You don't "upload to the library" or need to remember it — the file is just there the moment it's generated.

The whole team can see it, from any device. It holds every kind of output:

  • images — product photos, graphics, frames,
  • video,
  • audio recordings,
  • 3D models.

You can also add your own files — for example photos taken on your phone (JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 8 MB). They sit alongside everything that was made automatically, and other modules can reach them the same way.

To find something fast, the Library has filters:

  • by type — image, video, audio, 3D,
  • by source — made by our AI system or uploaded by you,
  • and when you use several modules, also by module the file came from.

Uwaga

Deleting is permanent. We ask you to confirm, and after that the file is gone everywhere — not just from your view. This can't be undone.

What this changes for you

  • Nothing gets lost. A result stays with the company even if you close the tab or forget about it for a few days.
  • You don't have to download right away. Come back for the file when you need it — it's there, waiting.
  • Other modules pull files straight from the Library. You don't upload the same photo a second time — you point to it in the store.
  • A deletion can't be reversed. If a file might still be useful, download it first, then delete.

What you'll do with it

Treat the Library like the team's shared shelf: come back for files whenever you want, and build on them in other modules without moving files back and forth.

There's one exception worth knowing early: a link you hand to someone outside (for example pasted into an email) can be temporary — and that's fine, it's meant to be. We explain why in File durability.
