Video generation
Upload a few ordinary product photos and the module edits them into a short advert — for Reels, TikTok, YouTube or your own website. You go through four stages: product, style, opening shot and the video itself. The finished clip lands in your Asset Library.
What it's for
- Who it's for: people preparing short product ads for social media and the company website.
- Use it when: you have product photos (phone photos are fine) and want a dynamic advert without filming anything.
- If you want to set a single specific photo in motion instead of building a video from the product, use Photo to video.
Info
The video is made in four stages, and for most categories you first approve a still opening shot — only then does the actual generation start from it.
Before you start
- Permissions: a role that can use services (member and up).
- Module enabled: "Video generation" must be active for your company. If it's not in the menu, contact your WebImpact manager.
- What you'll bring: one or several shots of the same product (up to eight) — from a phone or from your Asset Library — plus a product name.
How to generate a video
- Open Video generation from your company menu.
- Product: upload from one to eight shots of the same product, or pick photos already in the panel. Give the product name — you can save it together with its photos, so next time you start straight from the style.
- Style: choose the ad category (the character of the clip; each option comes with a short explanation) and the setting — from a ready-made library, described in your own words (we can expand a short note), or from a photo of a place you upload.
- Opening shot: pick the format (vertical, square or landscape) and how many proposals you want. Up to three shots appear — keep the one where the product looks best, or ask for a fresh set.
- Video: set the length, the quality and whether the clip should have its own soundtrack, then click Generate.
- Generation usually takes from under a minute to a few minutes — you don't have to wait on the screen. Progress is shown in the queue, and we notify you when the clip is ready.
- The finished video is saved to your Asset Library together with the frame it grew from, and logged in the generation history.
Wskazówka

Limits and notes
- Input photos: up to eight shots of the same product.
- Opening shot first: for most categories the video is built only from the shot you approve — that's where you decide how the scene looks.
- Generation time: usually from under a minute to a few minutes; the video is made in the background, so you can do something else meanwhile.
- Monthly limit: generating a video counts against your company's monthly limit. Usage is shown on the limit bar in the module header.
- Further work: with the dubbing module on, you can send the finished clip on for a voice-over and subtitles.
Common problems
| Symptom | Cause | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| "Monthly limit exceeded" | Company limit used up | Wait for the new month or ask your manager to raise the limit |
| Module not in the menu | Service not active for the company | Ask WebImpact to enable "Video generation" |
| No opening shot fits | The photos or the setting note were unclear | Ask for a fresh set of shots, describe the setting in your own words, or upload clearer photos |
| The clip takes a while | A longer or higher-quality video needs more time | Keep the panel open — track progress in the queue and you'll get a notification when it's done |
