Newsletter
The module builds a sales email from products in your shop and writes the copy around them in your brand's tone of voice. You start each issue from the list and build it in a single editor: the steps on the left, a live preview of the email on the right.
What it's for
- Who it's for: people running sales mailings — marketing, e-commerce, shop owners.
- Use it when: you want to assemble a newsletter with specific products, prices and finished copy fast, without hand-coding an email.
- If you need just a single email graphic (banner, cover), see the Banner module. For longer on-page text, use Blog.
Info
Sending straight from the panel is still being built. You copy the finished email or download it as an HTML file and send it with your own mailing tool.
Before you start
- Permissions: a role that can use services (member and up).
- Module enabled: "Newsletter" must be active for your company. If it's not in the menu, contact your WebImpact manager.
- What you provide: links to product pages from your shop (you can also build a product from a photo in your Asset Library) and a subject for the issue.
How to build a newsletter
- Open Newsletter from your company menu and start a new issue on the list.
- Choose the email's layout — a grid of product cards, or one hero product with a compact strip of the remaining offers. It's only a skeleton; the products you picked carry over if you switch.
- Set the subject, heading and preview line. The subject is what recipients see in their inbox and also names the issue in your list. The heading is the large title at the top of the email (your company name by default), and the preview line (up to 90 characters) is shown beside the subject.
- Add products by pasting shop links — several at once if you like. The name, price, description and photo are pulled into the issue's catalogue.
- Assemble the email from sections: intro, banner, product block, discount code, urgency bar, call-to-action button, your own photos. Reorder them and switch off the ones you don't want. Inside a product block you pick which catalogue items appear there.
- Start the writing. Once you have a subject and at least one product in the email, the copy is written from the shop data, in the tone set for your company. It runs in the background, and any single passage can be rewritten on its own.
- Mark the issue as ready, copy it or download the HTML file, and set a date and time on the issue — every planned one appears in the newsletter calendar.
Wskazówka
First time here? Launch the Tour (the "?" button in the panel) — it walks the editor step by step. This page covers what the Tour doesn't: every field, limits and troubleshooting.

Limits and notes
- Prices: refresh them in one go or correct them by hand, including a promo price and the lowest price of the last 30 days. Prices also refresh just before the copy is written.
- Writing condition: copy is produced only once you have a subject and at least one product placed in the email.
- Monthly limit: writing the copy uses your company's monthly limit. Usage is shown on the limit bar in the module header.
- Saving: the issue saves itself, and planned issues collect in the newsletter calendar.
