Avatar photos

Pick one of your saved characters, set the scene, and a single run gives you a full set of realistic lifestyle photos. The same face and build come back in every shot, so the whole set looks like one photo session — no photographer, no model, no location to rent. The finished photos land in your Asset Library.

What it's for#

• Who it's for: people preparing consistent lifestyle photos with a recurring, recognisable character.
• Use it when: you already have a character saved in the Avatar module and want to show it in a real setting — on its own or holding a product.
• Alternatives: to place a product in a scene without a character, use Lifestyle photos. You build and save the character in the Avatar module.

Before you start#

• Permissions: a role that can use services (member and up).
• Module enabled: "Avatar photos" must be active for your company. If it's not in the menu, contact your WebImpact manager.
• Saved character: at least one avatar created in the Avatar module. You pick its base look or one of its outfits.
• (Optional) Product: photos of a product if the character should hold or use one — uploaded, from your saved products, or from the Asset Library.

How to generate avatar photos#

1. Open Avatar photos from your company menu.

2. Choose the character — one of your saved ones: its base look or an outfit. Extra views of its face load along with it, and that keeps the character identical from shot to shot.

3. (Optional) Add a product to the shot: add its photos and a short description (what it is, how big). Several angles give a more faithful result and keep its scale believable in the hand. Skip this step and you get photos of the character alone.

4. Set the scene — two ways in:

   • Suggest for me — AI studies your character and invents sceneries built around them. You can pin a style (realistic / cinematic / editorial) and add context. You get a list of proposals with a name and a description; tick the ones you want. Not a fit? Suggest different ones.
   • I know what I want — describe the place yourself or upload a background photo.

   This is also where you suggest the pose, the expression and how close the shot is. With AI suggestions you don't set a count — you get one photo per ticked scenery; the number of versions is yours to pick only with your own description or backdrop.

5. Choose the frame proportions and the resolution of the photos.

6. Click Generate. All versions are produced in one run; it usually takes from under a minute to a few minutes and runs in the background — so you can do something else.

7. Finished photos appear under the form and are saved to your Asset Library automatically.

Fields and options#

Limits and notes#

• A character is required: this isn't a tool for building an avatar — you need a ready character from the Avatar module. You don't upload a photo of a person here.
• One run = one use of the limit: all versions from one run count as a single use against your monthly limit, and are saved as separate files. Usage is shown on the limit bar in the module header.
• Runs in the background: if you close the page mid-run, you'll find the session still going when you come back.
• Another scene straight away: start a new session with the same character in a different scene right away — the character stays the same.
